Today Mar 23 (Saturday) at 11:40am. I had a very bad experience with your customer service assistant (his name is Arlo). When I go into your store, my Costco membership card shows not my face on your scan machine, but my Costco card is my face. I go to the membership and line up. I told Arlo this is my membership card.
