I was at this Costo location with customer service on Feb 28 between 9-9:30 and was unfortunate to have to deal with Lana. Lana does not only speak poor English but is rude, dismissive and clearly could do with basic training customer service skills. Or perhaps a better role for Lana would be one that is in the warehouse that is not customer facing. I would have given a higher rating but for this one individual who tarnishes the Costo brand.
Always a good place to stock on items.
