Service le plus mauvais que j’aie jamais eu ! J’ai acheté quatre pneus la semaine dernière et je devais les récupérer et les faire installer aujourd’hui — mais ils n’avaient même pas été commandés ! J’ai perdu mon temps, et le « gérant » n’a même pas présenté d’excuses. C’est totalement non professionnel, négligent et irrespectueux envers les clients.

Even one star is too much for the rude and unprofessional staff in the car service department! I bought four tires a week ago and was told I could pick them up and have them installed today. When I arrived, they said the tires hadn’t even been ordered! When I mentioned my wasted time, the so-called manager just said, “What do you want me to do? It’s a human mistake!” — and laughed with his coworker. No apology, no respect, nothing. Totally unacceptable experience.
