INCOMPETENT. Every single time I call any department except tires (and they don’t know anything besides tires) - no answer. Ever. All day, every day. When I go to the store, so many things are out of stock, vegetables are over ripe and rotting ( you can smell it and most of the vegetables or fruit you buy go bad the next day or so ).
