I started shopping at Costco out in California back when it ran under the name, "Price Club." That's what they used to be good at: prices. Lately they've lost that focus. For instance, if you're a struggling student one of the cheapest foods you can have on hand is those little ramen packs. Costco used to sell those at a price that put everyone else to shame.
