I now know and believe it is the employees that make or break a store. I want to recognize Justin (Manager), Josh, Nick, and Jacob (all mechanics) for the incredible job well done with my battery issue today. You handled my issue above and beyond and I can't express the utmost appreciation I have as a Costco member. This particular warehouse will always be one of the great ones. You took care of the me (the customer) and I can't thank you enough. Highly recommend this Costco. 10/10
I am a fairly new member at Costco and I normally go to the independence one & have never had an issue. Me and husband went to this location for the first and last time. The store looked great and we got everything we came for but the cashier Felicia definitely needs to find a new job that makes her happy. Her attitude and snarky comments were very rude & this is coming from a manager that works for a different grocery store chain.
