Costco is open at 9AM for executive members. Google does not show that information. I tried to upgrade my membership at the counter. Associate told me she would only help me after 10AM because of membership type. I had to sit in my car for an hour, because she couldn’t upgrade my membership until 10AM. Great customer service.
