Updated post. (New) The lady at the entrance was very rude. I am a care taker for my parents and the lady at the door told me I was not allowed in because my parents had Costco card, but I didn’t. Common sense. Who is going to pay for the items me. Not them, me. Get control of your employees. Biggest complaint, they do not take MasterCard. They need to come to the new age of credit and debit. Great value, helpful, and kind workers. They were able to get me a motorized cart to use at a busy time in about 5 minutes or so. I was impressed. Being disabled and just using my walker is not good enough for a place like Costco. So, thank you to Mike upon entering who helped to get the motorized cart for me. You Rock! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I left 1 Star, because i couldn't leave a review otherwise. My wife purchased hearing aids from Clearwater, FL Costco. $1400. And these were supposedly one of best on market. They are horrible & have made her hearing worse. She bought a pair of special ear buds, for less than $100. She is now using them, as hearing aids & they work great. Hearing much better. No background noise, no feedback etc. BTW, Costco has adjusted them 4 times & it's just gotten worse. We'll see how their return policy really works. Don't purchase the... read more
