Bought new electric toothbrushes today. Opened the box to find 2 used toothbrushes and the box had been resealed poorly without me noticing. How does this happen? Clearly management isn't checking returns and putting broken and used crap back on the shelf and I don't know if I can trust shopping here anymore.

I’m just a delivery driver, but be receiving department was professional and courteous, and they did unload me and a good time.
It’s Costco — I’m not one of those people who are overly fanatical about it, but it’s clean, well organized, and they always have a lot of interesting products. My only gripe is the checkout process; it can be a bit frustrating compared to Sam’s Club, where you can scan and go. Looking forward to the day Costco adds that option.
