Upsetting... For the very first time ...I felt discriminated at costco after so many years of shopping . On April 13, 2015.. I went shopping with a friend , we both have cards but we usually use her's so he gets the points. She went ahead and paid for her groceries. Costco is THE BEST!! High quality meat and produce, delicious baked goods and such a variety of products. We make "The Trip" to Costco every week or two to stock up. Costco prices are fair and reasonable. You may be able to save a few cents at Wal-Mart but it is like the difference between eating at a hash joint and fine dining. Costco is so well run and it is a pleasure to shop there, we always feel privileged to be there, having lived in the North Georgia mountains for some years where Costco was 100 miles away. I have been shopping at Costco for years. Sometimes I have my own card , sometimes I use my friends card. On April 13, 2015...was my most upsetting and discriminating experience I ever had. I went in with my friend and after she paid her groceries, I was supposed to be next but I did not realize that the cashier Mike let his friend cut through while I was busy putting my goods on the counter. I purchased a very expensive camera from the store and then the same day turn around and took it back because my husband was upset that I made the purchase without consulting him. I never opened the box nor did I even take the box out of the car. I brought the camera back to the return area at Costco where an older woman I believe her name was Julia took the box used her pen to break the tape seal where lo and behold a different device that I never purchased was in the box! now this old lady Julia claims that she never opene... read more

When you cannot talk to someone when you call a store because they won't answer, that is indicative of extremely poor service, and you shouldn't expect much if you go to the satore in person!! Guess my rating is thanks for nothing.
