good stuff Costco is awesome, they have everything you could ever want at the best prices you could ever ask for. they have really good deals on everything, especially food
Big crowds I like wholesale clubs, I admit it. But I hate crowds and this Costco is always crowded. It's hard to find parking, it's hard to navigate the parking lot with your cart once you have found a spot and the entrance is totally clogged due to the outdoor food stand. On the plus side, I have two children and all of Costco's carts are two seaters.. a very convenient feature. Great Samples I love to go to Costco on the weekend because they always have great food samples out for you to try. I've gone there for "lunch" more than once. But really, unless you need to feed an army, you can find cheaper stuff at the regular grocery store. It's fun to stop by Costco to grab a Hot Dog at their outdoor bar. I really love this location because you don't have to have a card to grab a hot dog. Beware of the crowds. If you are only going to pick up one or two things, it's probably not worth the wait.
We have saved a lot of money with costco gas. I am so glad they have a pump station in Oxnard, because not all costco warehouse have them. Also the merchandise they carry in Costco are always of the best quality. I havent been disappointed with them even once in the 6 years I have been shopping with them
True that everytime I shop there the quality/price ratio is the highest you can find. They do not sell the very cheap stuff like WallMart. The problem is that the specific Costco in Oxnard is way too packed, if you can go in non-rush hours it is OK, otherwise there are long long waiting lines for the registers all the times. Interestingly, their pizza is better that pizza hut, domino, pappa John etc. But again, there will be a long waiting line for the pizza too.
