Even though I paid for everything, they accused me of not paying for some items. I had to go through each one individually, wasting extra time because the staff member responsible for checking receipts didn’t know how to read properly.
For the most part I like there products. I don't care for there policy with their membership. If you have a membership card you and ONLY you can use that card. You can't send your spouse or child to pick something up for you. You would have to pay a separate membership fee that would allow them to purchase anything. Ridiculous!
Been coming here since they opened . Always well stocked and helpful employees. Long time employee Dave has always been particularly friendly. And today Floyd went out of his way in the tire department to help me out with a very low tire in the parking lot. I really appreciated him.
