Sabrina has no customer service and works ethic. After spending more than $600 at the store, waiting for the pizzas sitting in the food court, she made me move from the table because they are closing and told me to go outside. I was like hm? After explaining to her that I was waiting for my pizzas and that I’m not planning to eat there, she kept saying that I had to go. Somebody needs to refresh her about customer service protocols. She has a job in which she applied for. Wondering where the manager was ???

Cotsco can be a one stop shop. From Optical televisions bedding appliances, automobiles accessories, bakery, rotisserie chickens, ready meals, fruit and vegetables, drinks, laundry needs, sample food stations, clothing, beautiful flowers, pharmacy to personal hygiene hot food station and tires. What else could you possibly need.

Visited this location shortly after noon on a Friday. Pros: The team members were pleasant. The displays were organized and clutter-free. Cons: The store's layout felt congested, especially in the check-out area (it was like herding cattle). While there were several cashiers, getting to them wasn't smooth.

UPDATE: My car was ready 20 mins ahead of time & no one called (2nd time). Said they were busy but they had time to talk to guy about job app. Said it'd take 3hrs to fix tire pressure light. I bought tires from them so I deserve better. Gas hand wouldn't make it to Beltsville & I feel safer at Costco stations. Scanning my card twice is a bit much. Some workers wait for you to speak or they look at you. They talk more to each other. I try not to visit this location unless I have to. I'd rather shop in Beltsville, which is whe... read more
