Super bad customer service , I usually having very good customer service @ Costco until today with Groover ( work since 1999) . C’mon 27 yrs working experixence but unprofesional and getting upset very easily , she upset and kind a slam the scanner on purpose after missunderstanding about the price different on my return stuff . Having argument with her , stared at me the whole time . You should not become customer service if you can’t control your anger management . Thank you for making me a bad day today .
