I was reluctant to leave this review. However, after everything that has played out so far, I felt compelled to share my experience. We purchased a Samsung washer and dryer on November 2024. With Costco there's a 2 year warranty. Unfortunately on August 9 2026 the washing machine broke. I called Costco's department that deals with the warranty's and the representative stated that she would set an appointment with me while on was on the phone to have someone come out and look at the washer.
