Today at Costco, I had an unprofessional and frustrating encounter with a cashier named Linda M (OP: 618). Most of my groceries were already on the belt, and I’ve often been told by Costco staff to leave the rest in my cart so they can scan them there. Instead, Linda started grabbing items from my cart and tossing them onto the belt in a rough, careless way even after I told her to stop and that I could handle it myself.
