Good Prices - Large Quantities The Staten Island Costco Wholesale (formerly Price Club) is a warehouse store located on a main road near the mall. On weekdays, the store opens at 10:00 a.m. and by 9:30 a line starts forming at the gate. Get an Express Line Already I agree with Stacy S. I shop at Costco often and would probably go there more if there was a line for people who just have a few things. Sometimes I only need 1 or 2 things and won't go in because of the lines with people who have full carts. Costco, think of an Express Line.
