I shop here regularly, both as a club member and a delivery shopper. This store has some really great employees. Keisha, Randell, Juan, Ms. Grey, Nhi, John, Roland, Van, Monica, Leonarda, Romina, Celeste, Dung Tran, Kofi, Vincent, Ediberto, Han, and Hong are just a few of their great employees. Very friendly people and they are always very helpful. I visit this Costco quite often (usually once or twice a month) because it’s close to my home — and I genuinely love shopping here! The store layout is very clear and easy to navigate, and over time I’ve become familiar with where everything is. I can always find what I need, and the selection is consistently well-stocked and complete. Their customer service is excellent. I purchased three pairs of prescription glasses at the Pentagon City Costco. I got designer frames (3) and was shocked at how inexpensive it cost. A little over $500 for all three. On the outside it would have been at least triple that. And I was expertly fitted and styled by Lisa and Halima. They took time to help me select hip frames for my face. I was really impressed with their level of expertise and excellent customer service.
The parking is somewhat inconvenient but once inside, it's a Costco.
