Hands down the most poorly run Costco I have ever experienced. Walked in looking for a particular item that the website showed was in stock. Couldn't find it, so asked an associate where else I might look. Showed him the item on the Costco app, and he said, "I have never seen that in this warehouse in my life." I pointed out that the app said they were the only warehouse in the area that was supposed to have them. He took a second look and then walked me straight to the item. Shout out and thank you to Rafael today at the Costco District on Park .I had to cash in my reward certificates and every year is the run around between membership area or cashiers so I was very triggered and anxious when i approached the cashier with my purchase and rewards cerificates . Sure enough i had to to to another area to cash my rewards! Rafael was calm and couteous and resolved the problem for me very quickly and efficiently .
