Do not buy gold coins from Costco online. This is a second time in a row we did not receive it. It’s day out for delivery since Saturday on FedEx and we stayed home hoping to receive it. Today is Wednesday still we haven’t received. Called costco they said they can’t do anything about it and asked to call FedEx, after 3 hours on hold FedEx says they can’t do anything about it. For thousands of $ no one seems to take any responsibility. Lesson learned.
I had a very disappointing experience at Costco on Sunday involving a sample distributor named Brent. My child and I were simply walking past the sample station. We were not trying to get a sample or take anything. As we walked by, Brent treated us in a very rude and disrespectful manner and shook his hand at us in an aggressive and intimidating way.
