great store ..love cotsco ..but horrible customer service by a certain individual – I love costco dont get me wrong. I went there last week to return a camera i bought less than a week before and i was extremely suprised at the response i got. There was someting wrong with the camera when we opened it up and when i tried to return it . Their employee ( bonnie) was very rude and accused me of dropping the camera..and said i was screwed out of 200 dollars . when i told her i had just gotten it last week and hadnt even used it ... read more
