What a disaster The employees are clueless, as the manger, to basic customer service. To spent 20 minutes waiting regarding an inventory question and future shipments is unexcusable. What are computers for.

Pass on the 5 gallon tub of mayo A place that could can double as a minimal security prison that is inhabited by inferior, bulky products. The lack of customer service is astonishing, along with the ability to queue registers properly. The best part is you actually pay for this experience.

Costco is a gigantic store Costco has good prices but some of their products aren't the best quality in the world. I mean, don't go to Costco if you want some organic tomatoes or something. Their cakes aren't that good, but they are cheap.

Great warehouse-style store The Mountain View Costco is a bit smaller than the Sunnyvale Costco, but gets less crowded. It is a great place to stock up on things you can buy in bulk. But they also have good prices on electronics and food, not necessarily in bulk. The food court is pretty good and cheap too. They also have a great return policy and are a progressive company who seem to treat their customers and employees well. PROS: great prices, great return policy, good quality items CONS: membership required

Good prices Great store to go to if you are looking to buy food in bulk. They have great prices if they have whatever you are looking for. They also carry some things besides food, but the prices on those tend to be not as great, but still pretty good. Only downside to Costco is that you have to pay for a membership to shop there.

Great Prices Costco has great prices on most of the items they sell. Their return policy is also great. You can return pretty much anything without any hassles. Also free samples :) Only downside is about $40-$50 for annual membership.

Save by buying in bulk This Costco store, like all of this chain, is a warehouse of grocery, bakery, books and clothing items. It also carries some gifts, exercise equipment, furniture, music, and movies. For a yearly membership fee, you can save quite a bit of money and buy items in bulk . The Mountain View store features a bakery where you can get fresh breads and special order cakes. This is a great place, but on the weekends the store can be very crowded and the checkout lines are long.
