I wasn't impressed. The specialist mixed up my appointment with another. I was already in room, when he asked me to leave to serve another customer. He did apologize though. Before the hearing test even started, he stated that he had no idea how he would fit hearing aids to my ears. I have tiny ear canals and felt like microphones were ill fitting as well. I will be scheduling an appointment with a qualified audiologist!
Horrible experience. I when to get new lenses put into frames that my daughter had gotten at Costco about 3 years ago. I gave the clerk my name and my membership card and she could not find my information. she said are you sure you bought them here. My daughter said that she was. I said I just want new lenses to put into these frames; can't you do that without finding my original order. I was treated like someone trying to return a car to the used car dealership. By both the department Manager and the assistant store Manager who must have said 10 different times " I need to understand the problem first" Never stepped in to help me and I was treated like I haven't been a 13-year club member!
From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth and professionalism. The front desk clerk, Jessica, was incredibly welcoming and efficient, setting a positive tone right from the start. I agree with a previous review that the checkout is confusing. To the far right are 3 self checkout lines. After waiting in a line that started to the left of the 3 self check out lines , 2 other customers entered from an aisle to the far right to get in line. They essentially cut in front of those who were in a long line waiting to the left side. Perhaps there needs to be a rope to stop entry from far right isle or someone directing customers to the self checkout lines out. Almost caused an argument when I pointed out the... read more
So bad that I have to give them a one star because the store at sugar land, TX doesn't deserve any. I regret become a member and I'm just waiting for my membership to end. The customer service is horrible, the reps there treat you like trash, like if you are begging them to do their job. I was needing help to carry a desk and a chair and I asked for help and the men just told me get someone else because he was busy, yes busy joking around with another coworker. Had two of four tires purchased from them develop cracking along the bead. They refused to honor the road hazard warranty and gave false information to me as to why they would not honor the warranty Contacted Michelin and they said to take the he tires to any authorized tire dealer to get another diagnosis. The other tire shop said it was clearly a defect in the tire and offered to honor the Michelin warranty. I stopped by the tire shop in the store, San Dimas, 3:15PM, this afternoon and asked for four tires for my 2006 Mitsubishi Outlander, the employee looked at his screen and said within two minutes, we don't stock tires for that car. He did not offer an alternative size or offer to order the tires for me. 225-60-16, I think that was the size, is that the service that you offer now? I have been shopping Costco in the early 1990's FYI
