I have shopped at Costco for many years here in Oklahoma lately and in California where I am from. I was trying to check out and because my husband who’s name is on the card wasn’t with me the lady would not allow me to purchase my items. I explained my husband has cancer and could not come with me. My daughter was there so they allowed me to use her dead. I’ve never had this problem before at any store. Is this a policy?
