I have ordered some contact lenses they don't want you to take an appointment to come try the contact lenses but I had to wait 1 hour to get someone to see me. I spoke to three or four people. One man (european name, with a Z in it) told me that I wouldn't wait for a long time. I explained that have one day off per week. ONE!!! I found the optometrist very helpful and through. I have recommended him to my sister.
This is the first time I encountered hidden charges going for an eye exam. Physician requested a return visit with more charges involved. My previous exams were all in 1 visit. More gas + more time + more money= not again.Transparency ? I won't be back.
They Two beautiful ladies working there (forget their name ) we’re so happily I must have been there for at least 20 minutes unsure which frame is good for my face , However they were extremely patient with me and very informative about lenses and frames . Would always recommend friends and family to them . Cheers
I waited 40 minutes to pick up a pair of already paid for glasses for my daughter. I don’t live near the Costco. Only one employee, Farzin. He was helping others trying on and purchasing glasses. I waited patiently til he was done and asked if I could quickly just grab the glasses. He said no and that they would be closed soon and it would be too late. I am in customer service and would never advocate for one of my employees to make someone leave without a pick up when it required only to hand over the glasses.
