Very rude customer service by the receptionist lady behind the desk. She was rude when I tried to order contacts and make an account, treating me like I am dumb and I am just annoying her and wasting her time. I see other reviews had a similar issue with her. Management needs to replace her. Costco also has very weird policies about trials and contacts.
Albert was very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service!!! The progressive glasses are working well for me. Thank you for your attention to detail and recommendations. Other interactions at optical center were subpar. I always recommend asking for Albert, he’s the best!
Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time. Receptionists very rude. We will be taking our business somewhere else.
We’ve been getting our glasses from Costco Kelowna for many years. We appreciate the value and quality of the glasses, and we’ve always been treated very well by Sheena!
Very rude customer service lady behind the desk. Very condescending, I’m not sure why as she certainly isnt the sharpest knife in the drawer. She literally mid conversation started ignoring me and talking to her colleague. Quite surprising as this Costco location is overall pretty good and the other staff are pleasant. Family members have had similar experiences. Management needs to can her asap.
