They gave me glasses that you don't look through the optical center, so my vision is always slightly blurry. They are unable to correct this by adjusting the fit and will not remake them to correct their error. They cant even get my glasses to sit level on my face. This place has everything from incompetence to bad attitudes to a lack of accountability.
I took my parents to this clinic for their eye appointments. The optometrist was very professional and we really appreciated his help — he was polite and patient. However, the experience with the receptionist was disappointing. She was extremely rude and impatient. At one point, I misunderstood what she was asking, and when I repeated the wrong thing twice, she snapped at me with a visibly annoyed expression. My son has prescriptive lenses directly from his eye surgeon and it is specific. This shop provided him with lenses that we got and trusted them. 1 year after at a follow-up appt my son's surgeon tells him the bi-focal lense was incorrect (it was in the wrong position) and that the materials used in the lenses provided by this store are outdated and were used 20 years ago.
