I saw Dr. Danny Vinh at Costco Optometry and had a great experience. My prescription was five years old and my vision had declined a lot, which was pretty overwhelming. Dr. Vinh was patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything and recommend a few extra tests to be thorough. I picked up my new lenses a week later and I’m blown away by how well I can see. It feels like a whole new world. Highly recommend.
They make you wait 45 mins to place an order which takes literary 30 sec.
I went there to ask a few questions about getting sunglasses with a prescription and the front desk guy was super rude. I didn't get his name (as I was absolutely perplexed and didn't think about it) but it was a Tuesday at around 3:30 pm. He didn't greet me or say anything at all when I approached, so I said hi and told him it was my first time there, asked him how it worked for me to talk to one of the people offering assistance to the customers. I was running late to pick up my glasses , I got amazing customer service over the phone from the manager a ( women ) I forgot to take her name she was very patient with me on the phone even though I was really upset and in a bad mood , she kept it professional and assured me . Alongside her colleague Raghu who helped me once I got to the store . Thank you so much once again for making my experience east and smooth .
The price is good but very bad customer service. The lady was rude and didn’t listen to customer. I bought and paid for glasses, went to pick up , tried them on and was happy with the fit and the lady took them and started trying to bend them as she thought they weren’t right. She told me to stop talking as she was working. I finally told her to stop and I will fix them myself. Good price, optician was brilliant, terrible service for frames this time.
