Went for my first eye exam in years and was pleasantly impressed with the service and results from the secretary and the Doctor. She explained everything and would recommend Costco Holbrook to everyone.
11/16/24 Update : Just picked up my new prescription glasses today. Nancy has retired recently, and I was lucky to have the new manager Megan(?) did the excellent fitting. I have a very low and narrow bridge on my nose, Megan really took the time to make sure all contact points are just right, and also patiently explain to me why certain parts need to be re-adjusted even I thought all was very well done already. I've had nothing but good experiences at the Costco Vision Center, Holbrook, NY. Both the optician, Dr. Minkoff, and all the staff at the center were gracious, smart, and helpful.
