Both opthomologists are wonderful-thorough and patient with me and my son who has a disability. Went back through past eye exams to check and see if something on the scan had gotten worse over time. The eye glass department staff was friendly and we did not wait to be helped. The girl explained all options without me having to ask about them. Kristi was an absolute lifesaver when my first pair of glasses needed a major adjustment. She’s incredibly kind and made me feel at ease right away. Not only did she fix the issue quickly, but she also went the extra mile by adding notes to my file in case I need any future lens adjustments. Thank you, Kristi, for your care and attention—I’ll definitely be requesting you from now on!
I couldn't believe the other reviews, but I went and witnessed it myself. Sometimes ok service, but I was often spoken to like I did something wrong or like I was crazy (by different people.) Easier to order things online.
Didn't get the name of the guy who answered the phone but he did NOT feel like answering any questions today. What a gross attitude and he was rushing me off the phone.
