Straight up would highly recommend coming here for your glasses. Coming from someone with a high prescription and two eye conditions, my glasses tend to be on the pricier end and it’s a risk when it comes to choosing my glasses. Alex helped me for a lil bit when it came to getting my prescription sent over here. I’ll be honest I don’t know if I’m spelling his name right but Heriberto helped me with my glasses. After struggling to find a good optometrist and optical department I decided to try Costco this year. For the first time in 5 years I have new pair of glasses that actually work (correct prescription). The optometrist was great but the real kudos goes to the optical department who took the extra time to discuss my needs with glasses and the concerns I had with the past two failed rx. Then to top it off, when the glasses arrived the quality of the lenses was amazing.
My glasses broke, so I went in to get a new frame. They were extraordinarily nice and efficient. I couldn't believe how quickly they took care of the problem. The great service improved a very stressful week. Name of the employee to be posted later.
My wife and I went to Costco/optical department today to buy her new prescription/everyday and sunglasses.We were pleasantly surprised to be helped by a young man named George.He was professional and provided excellent customer service.He was friendly and efficient we were very satisfied.
I would just like to thank Alex from the Costco Optometry department in Turlock California, I had a special contact for stigmatism ordered and it got lost in route, Alex ( And the Manager)went above and beyond for me to find my contacts that I needed and got them to me as quick as possible ,they did a outstanding job and they hired the right young man thank you Alex for all your hard work.
