Brought my contact prescription to Walmart eye center off of Magnolia and they refused service!? Went to Costco and they were zero hassle and happy to help! Especially thank you to Sarah! She was immediately helpful, welcoming, and able to help! Thank you Costco!

This review is for the Costco eyeglass dispensary not the optometrist (who was superb by the way) that I reviewed separately under Timnath Eye Care. I truly hate the frame shopping experience at Costco because the selection is limited and upon finding the “perfect” frame it isn’t strange to find they don’t have the right size. That said, I like everything else. The optician I worked with the past couple of visits was outstanding and patiently walked me through finding the right frame and type of lenses. Best eye exam experience ever! Got an appointment easily, got right in, and finished early! The intake was fast and easy! No need for dilation either!!! The docs were extra nice too! Once completed filling the prescription was easy too!! Highly recommended!
