Just picked up a new pair of glasses and they are excellent. Probably the best pair I've every had, and I've been wearing glasses for over 50 years. It makes me think that the eye centers I've used in the past did not use good lense makers. The price was also exceptionally reasonable (I have no insurance). I also like the fact that they did not add on extras like when you buy a new car. Everything I needed, like scratch resistence, was included! Amazing! Fyi, the optometrist exam was also great.
My husband and I had our first experience at Costco Vision Center in Fort Collins today. It was awesome! We were both quite impressed with Dr. Gee. We each felt it was the most complete and comprehensive eye exam we’d had in a long while. Dr. Gee was quite attentive and shared a wealth of information. He discovered new concerns and promptly referred us to specialists for further follow-up. He was very patient with all my questions and took the time to address each one. I have purchased several pairs of glasses over the years at this Costco. The prices can’t be beat by any retailer. I find the selection good. The staff is helpful and the order is normally completed within 5 days!
Do NOT go if you are ever in a hurry for groceries or food outside of the pharmacy or Vision Center. This location is exceptionally slow at the registers. With that said though, the Vision Center is really good and normally are quite quick. I have used them for a number of years and the final result is never a disappointment. As far as the store itself, aisles are wide but whether morning or afternoon, it gets super crowded. Customer service is important to me and this location is far from the best.
