Nice sir adjusted my glasses real nice for free
I tried calling the optometrist three times because I need a prescription. First time, it went directly to the voicemail. That’s understandable, they were busy. Second time, they picked it up, but then hung up on me mid-sentence while I was saying that I need new contacts. Third time, they just picked it up and hung up to stop the phone from ringing. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced.
Amazing service! Chelle went above and beyond to help me throughout the process while clearly communicating all my options. She was very efficient and respectful.
I don't suggest getting your glasses here. I got a pair that didn't quite feel right. I brought them back in and three different attendants checked the lenses and got three different results for the prescription. They couldn't even agree between themselves on whether it was right or wrong. To make things worse, In order to get them corrected to the right prescription, they would have had to send the glasses back in to wherever they make them, which would have left me without glasses for two weeks.
