Poor customer service, dismissive of complaints, overly expensive, and does anyone ever pick up the phone? Your voicemail box has been full for weeks now. I'm going to Walmart Optical.

Updated: 5/9/2025 Initially (a month ago) I wasn't too impressed with this place. This is a new optician called Ellington Eyecare. They do Virtual eye appointments with in-person testing by a technician in the store. Video quality for the virtual exam with the doc was poor and things were a little unorganized. Also, one of the machines was not working correctly, so I had to come back. I went back for a follow-up exam and this time the video quality had improved a lot. Still could be better.
