We did not know until after eye exam, nobody told us when booking appointment They do not direct bill to insurance. Have to pay and submit yourself.
Got sunnys and specs. Both totally wrong prescriptions. Told they had to adjust lenses to raise the area of focus upon disappointment at pick up. Got them back and they were still terrible. In fact since sunnys didn't arrive until later and they were never even adjusted as requested. My eyes got worse, not better. Stopped wearing after a month or so. My buddy's glasses he got there work 10 x better for me than mine! Not sure how this is so wrong but very disappointed.
In the past ten years I've totally relied on Costco Vision Center for eye exams and prescription glasses. Rarely have there been any problems, only once, and it was corrected. I will continue to get my exams here and prescription. Excellent service at a decent price.
This was my first time dealing with the Okotoks vision center May 28/25 to order new lenses . I had interaction with all three people that were working in the am and I must say that all of them were very helpful and professional and pleasant. I defiantly will return in the future. Also their price was very good
