This was my first time dealing with the Okotoks vision center May 28/25 to order new lenses . I had interaction with all three people that were working in the am and I must say that all of them were very helpful and professional and pleasant. I defiantly will return in the future. Also their price was very good
Will no longer be buying contact lenses from this Costco after several condescending, rude interactions with Adrian. Disappointing because this used to be such a convenient stop.
Now buying my third pr of prescription glasses. Prices are very attractive and I found the staff excellent to work with. I've taken my older glasses in several times to reset the arms and nose pads - in and out within minutes. Strongly recommend Costco!
We are somewhat disappointed as we had heard that the services were affordable. However, the eye exam appeared to be quite expensive during our visit yesterday compared to what we paid in the city, and it is disheartening that direct billing is not available. The staff was satisfactory.
Awful rude staff.
