Now buying my third pr of prescription glasses. Prices are very attractive and I found the staff excellent to work with. I've taken my older glasses in several times to reset the arms and nose pads - in and out within minutes. Strongly recommend Costco!
We are somewhat disappointed as we had heard that the services were affordable. However, the eye exam appeared to be quite expensive during our visit yesterday compared to what we paid in the city, and it is disheartening that direct billing is not available. The staff was satisfactory.

My experience was the same as Samuel almost a year later. Clearly they have not learned. When asked if they could measure my PD for me, instead of a simple no or unfortunately we do not offer that service type of polite response, the guy behind the counter belittled me. He laid on all the hard selling scare tactics to try and scare me into buying glasses from him instead of going online for 1/4 - 1/10th the price. I walked away feeling incredibly uncomfortable.
I got my eyes checked here today and noticed that my new prescription didn't have my PD (pupillary distance) on it as past prescriptions have. When I asked about it I was told they 'can't give that information out.' They're my own eyes, for goodness sake. I know Zenni optical and the like are scaring the pants off of you monopolizing jerks and threatening your ability to hold people's eyesight for ransom, but that's just pathetic.
