Good eye exam
When asked if I could replace the prescription in my current frames I was told "no, especially since these are from online." - no, these were $400 frames from FYI. Condescending, unprofessional, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
They broke the frame while cleaning it, fortunately it cracked in their hand. So my delivery delayed. It does not seem the frames are up to the standard quality of the brands they displays, all of them I saw made in China. After getting the delivery I am frustrated with the lens as well, its so plasticy, easily catches dust and feels low quality material.
Not the best place to have eyes checked or to find frames.
