Friendly staff, but not staffed enough during busy times, routinely a very long wait. Also basically impossible to get anybody to pick up the phone.
My son tried to get contacts we were only give an hour and not really alot of in your face training. The instructor was not right beside my son for assistance and table was much too large for this type of training. So we decided to see Marlyn at eye health centre on Rochdale. I would absolutely go see Marlyn for training on learning how to get in contacts. Not all methods word for each person. Marlyn had a number of options to assist my son. All I can say is that very bad service with high prices. I don’t recommend at all.
