I was waiting for my appointment and all the staff acknowledged me. Heather was fantastic. Shes very knowledgeable! Gave me some great information. And got me into my new contacts. I can see soo much better now. Looking forward to my follow up and will definately be buying eyeglasses from them aswell! Heather, your a gem! 🤗

This morning I came to the Eye Centre and was helped by a wonderful lady named Heather She was so lovely and patient, with myself and other customers, and even though it was hectic and busy, she remained calm and professional. I am super pleased with the glasses she helped me pick out and the wonderful level of service I received. Thank you Heather!!
Great experience. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and went the extra mile. I had recently purchased glasses from IRIS (don’t ever go there) and they just never fit or worked properly. I’d been struggling for months with a new pair of terrible glasses. The staff at Costco helped maintain the poor glasses that I had from IRIS while I waited for my new ones from Costco. The glasses from Costco are fantastic.
