Just ordered sunglasses from Sirena. She was professional and friendly
All around great experience. The optician was very nice and helpful. Great prices too. However the frame selection, especially for men, was rather limited.
I state the facts and you decide: 1) On July 10th, 2024 I had an appointment with the optometrist at 5pm. They did an eye exam, I paid $200, and they told me that they would order a pair of trial contacts. They told me that I would need to call to see if they are ready to come pick them up. 2) On July 26th, 2024 at 4:01pm I called them. They said apparently, they forgot to put my order in and I would need to call again.
