Would give a zero if I could. I use to be seen here for contacts and glasses and the staff has changed and is extremely rude. I never leave reviews but if and when we move back to the area I will never be coming here. Even if you’re having a bad day you don’t have to be mean to customers. The woman tech immediately shut me down before even knowing why I had come in.

Horrible experience I purchased eye from Costco. The next day I returned to tell them that the fit was off. I had to lower the glasses on my nose to see clearly otherwise the vision was blurry. I was told by the tech, and I quote “ that is impossible “. After several more arrogant and condescending statements he became upset and told me that I should tell him what was the solution. He just kept insisting that what I was seeing was not possible. I only gave one star because I could return the glasses
Cindy in the optical/glasses department could use a refresher course in good costumer service skills. Horribly rude to me and others while trying to buy 2 pair of glasses and get them adjusted as your eye doctor had requested. She asked many questions about why I could not see with the new glasses but never fixed the problem which was a minor adjustment.
Awful experience not like the rest of Costco at all. Basically they want you to buy new frames every time you go which is insane; and they do this by a 10 seconds "inspection" to your current frames. I change my lenses once a year and I love my current frames which I've been using for the last 5+ years without any issues, I decided to give Costco Vision Center a try and they wouldn't accept my $300+ dollars frames saying "these are too old and we can work with that, however, we have a $50 coupon that you can use".
