Horrible experience I purchased eye from Costco. The next day I returned to tell them that the fit was off. I had to lower the glasses on my nose to see clearly otherwise the vision was blurry. I was told by the tech, and I quote “ that is impossible “. After several more arrogant and condescending statements he became upset and told me that I should tell him what was the solution. He just kept insisting that what I was seeing was not possible. I only gave one star because I could return the glasses

Cindy in the optical/glasses department could use a refresher course in good costumer service skills. Horribly rude to me and others while trying to buy 2 pair of glasses and get them adjusted as your eye doctor had requested. She asked many questions about why I could not see with the new glasses but never fixed the problem which was a minor adjustment.

Awful experience not like the rest of Costco at all. Basically they want you to buy new frames every time you go which is insane; and they do this by a 10 seconds "inspection" to your current frames. I change my lenses once a year and I love my current frames which I've been using for the last 5+ years without any issues, I decided to give Costco Vision Center a try and they wouldn't accept my $300+ dollars frames saying "these are too old and we can work with that, however, we have a $50 coupon that you can use". Yesterday I visited the Optical department of Costco Westchase to have my prescription glasses adjusted. After a year of multiple attempts to adjust my frames Eduardo nailed it! Thank you Eduardo for taking your time and doing an excellent job.

People are great. Website says "Costco Optical now accepts most vision insurance plans." NOT true and somewhat misleading. Mine only takes UnitedHealth because they are independent conrtractors and choose what they want to accept. A real let down.
