Spoke with customer service rep Jeff on the phone, unpleasant experience. Rude and unprofessional. Discouraged me from even purchasing from them.
Very unprofessional.
Terrible experience. The doctor doesn't even put any of the information that I needed to order glasses. It was missing the PD, and I was charged extra for the prescription. Go somewhere else and get better service.
Very bed service, i was here today to buy lenses, communication was fast 10 second max look at the glasses and decline service. Thank you
Dr. Solomon is terrible. My mother asked for contacts, but instead of helping her, Dr. Solomon pushed a different prescription without any real explanation. Then she charged an extra $70 for another eye exam. Why is she still employed here?
