Jessica Boyd at the Costco optical in Melville was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, patient,knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Alessandra the women at the eye center was very mean. I asked her if I was able to get my eye exam done and she responded to me in a very mean way and looked at me up and down. I decided to ask the gentleman that was there unlike Alessandra he was very polite and gave the information to place my appointment.

My previous doctor rushed my perscription and refused to give me my perscription. I was so fed up with him that I just wanted a fresh start and a doctor who was nicer and mire patient. Dr. Sison was very patient and took the time to get me a perscription that caused less eye strain. She was so kind and caring and she also gave me my perscription unlike my last one that wouldn't even give me mine after I asked 3+ times.
