The folks at Costco optical are solid. Yesterday Chris adjusted my glasses and encouraged me to return if I have any problems. He stressed that they want me to like my glasses and be comfortable. Thanks Chris.
Dr. Sison is the best eye doctor I have ever experienced. I came in to Costco just looking at glasses. I needed a regular eye check and the optical center was able to fit me in without an appointment. Dr. Sison was extremely gentle and talks you through the entire experience. So calming. I left truly impressed by this location. I got my glasses and was on my way very quickly.
Specialist Giselle is outstanding!!! Even though it was very busy she took the time to help my mom with her hearing aid and got it right. More associate should be like her!
