I’ve called multiple times to check up on my pick up order and they never answer. I’ve called twice a day the last 3 days.
Their customer service is very bad. I had a very bad experience a couple of months ago . I spoke with a representative who assured me I would receive a call regarding the matter. Unfortunately, I have still not received any follow-up communication. My package was left outside in heavy rain with no protection. By the time I found it, the box was completely soaked, and I had to carry the damaged package into my garage. We were assisted by a very kind Asian man whose name I unfortunately can't recall. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism and showed genuine concern for the other customers who were waiting for a long time. He even called for additional help, as he was managing the situation with another lady. In contrast, the lady, an African American woman appeared less attentive to the needs of the customers.
Horrible service in optical (glasses) service. A black female employee wearing glass in her 50s or early 60s is lazy, slow, sloppy and has poor attitude towards customers and coworkers.
