I had a wonderful experience at Costco Vision Center, thanks to Lydia. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and made the whole process so smooth. What really stood out was how sweet and kind she was to my toddler, who was with me during the process.
I will pay whatever it takes to never come back to this optical center again. Horrible staff, impossible lines for pickup even, obviously lower end inventory and just general unpleasantness.. never again

Very long wait. No queuing ticket system. I tried to ask staff for instructions reagrding how to line up and was ignored. Staff are not helpful at all. They are essentially avoiding eye contact with customers looking for assistance. Eventually took me over 20 minutes just to talk to a staff, who couldn't give me a precise price quote for prescription glasses just because "it was hard for me to go back and forth in the system".
