Wonderful service from Mary!! Gave Mary my sunglasses since screw & lens popped off. After repairing she also adjusted the sides. I asked if she could be equally kind to adjust my daily glasses. She advised one of the cushions was gone. Again Mary took her time & not only added a cushion but aligned the rails which immediately improved vision!! Thank you Mary & great Hire by COSTCO, South-lake! Give her a braise!!
All the bad reviews… take with a grain of salt. My experience was this.. I went in one day curious about their optical department. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist whose name I didn’t get. Start to finish it was excellent from booking the appointment to completing the appointment. Dr Luka and the team is fantastic! 10/10 recommend
Choice of frames is very poor. The service is poor as well. Usually staff would help choose frames. They just would not come from behind the counter. I was rudely told to go find a frame and get a ticket when ready.
Called in 3 times with a simple yes, or no question no one answered. Made my way in and as I was being helped the phone rang twice the female optician refused to acknowledge it, the male optician was done with his customer and there was no one else in line behind me so they proceeded to finally answer the phone but the female optician aggressively stopped them and started to complain about the volume of the calls she was receiving and how it was inconvinient for her! Costco was running a promo, buy a second pair of glasses, you get 50-dollars off. Instead of buying a second pair of prescription sunglasses, my wife decided to pay 40-dollars extra for the sunglass transition model shown at the counter. After wearing her glasses for a couple of weeks, we noticed that the shade would never transition to the level of darkness as the example shown at the store, even on a bright sunny day.
