A very bad experience. They make you wait too long and they are not friendly at all. The person who served me was shouting at me as if I were deaf. A terrible experience, I will never go back.
I first went to get new glasses and was seen right away. That process went fine. Picking up the glasses was a whole other issue. An easy 1-2 hour wait just to pick up glasses. I didn't wait, I walked out. I will see how it is on another day. No issues when you're spending money though.
Terrible! We waited over an hour to get glasses only to have Ann say that my daughter could not get glasses because she does not have her OWN membership, they change the policy every time you walk in the door. No one wants to help you at this Costco, never seen any thing like it!
Ann takes people without a ticket and by preference, while others who have a ticket are stuck waiting. I was next in line and she decided to help another customer who was the same ethnicity as her. The customer did not have a ticket. I waited an extra 20 minutes for this on top of the 20 minutes I was already waiting. Extremely unfair and unprofessional.
the staff is very helpful and i am happy with my various pairs of glasses. The wait can be long sometimes.
