Buying online is incredibly easy, but returning items is just as difficult. First, you have to go to the store and scan a QR code—and not at the main Costco returns counter, mind you, but specifically at the optical department's returns counter. I entered the Costco eyewear department. My glasses were in poor condition because I had fallen the previous evening. Greg came over and said, "I can fix this," and he performed flawlessly. There was no cost when I asked him how much the repair would cost. I appreciate your professionalism and assistance, Greg.

Experience for my last two pickups were great. Some experienced staff would yield time to clear the pickup lines once in a while. The staff working 3/14/26 at around 4pm at the Westbury location was very inexperienced and completely ignored the existence of the pickup line. They refused to take my feedbacks to yield time once in a while to the pickup line. Picking up my glasses turning into a hour long standing ordeal.
