We want to try Costco optical and ordered 3 pairs of eye glasses. I got my back with the lens doesn’t fit into the frame and lens had popped out once! My wife glasses made in such a way that is tunnel vision! My son glasses waited for 2 weeks and still not arrived yet! Every time we call them the answer is the same “ should be today or tomorrow “ Not a good experience and showed the American big shop spirit “NO ONE CARE”!
Had an appointment and felt pretty good about it. Friendly dr and receptionist, seemed like he knew what he was doing. Good glasses too.
Great store. It is always clean and well organized. The check out staff is friendly and efficient.
Dane is the bomb. I brought in probably the most stripped glasses the guy has ever seen. He got the screws out in 10 minutes. Dude saved me $100+.
Byer Beware!! I will never shop here again for glasses. I bought contacts and three pairs of glasses. I needed to return one of the pairs of glasses, because every time I move the glasses on my head, it takes a chunk of my hair out.!!!! Found out I cannot return them. I will never ever be back !
