Great doctor. Very efficient and precise. He can seem hurried/impatient, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t giving a very thorough exam and consult. He fixed my contacts rx I had from MyEyeDr, where I had been going for years. He’s very good at what he does and I’m very happy with the visit/result
I don’t get these negative reviews. Dr. Tran was great. He gave me a same day appointment and was incredibly efficient and professional. I am a new patient. Will definitely be back.
Came 10 mins late for my wifes eye exam and we both apologized to the front desk lady but the first thing Dr. Tran does is BERATE us and ANGRILY accuses, “WHATS WRONG WITH YOU? you cant be 12 minutes late. I have another appointment in 5 minutes” and it just goes downhill from there. maybe he was already pissed off for whatever reason but its never justified to take your anger out on anyone like that. The actual name of the office providing eye exams (located at a separate outside entrance directly behind the Costco Vision Center) is Premier Optometric Services, P.C. and Dr. Nhut Tran, O.D. is the doctor providing exams. For several weeks I’ve been looking to get an eyeglass exam while comparing prices and I almost didn’t go here due to reading negative reviews. Dr. Tran, hands down, provided the best eye examination I have ever had and that says a lot. I’ve been wearing contacts since age 17 so that’s 40-plus years of eye exams including glasses at 15. I read the reviews before heading in and he’s not rude. He’s quite direct in a good way, nice and has just one pet peeve and it’s a big one he said. Don’t be late and throw the patient schedule off.
