I really did not expect that bad service as part of Costco
Dr. Tran is legit great. So efficient and thorough. 0 nonsense.
Incredibly efficient and zero wasted time. I could understand lower ratings from those wanting to chat or needing to wait for something but with the efficient professional mindset in mind in advance of my visit, my expectations were met and exceeded.
I had a very negative experience with Nhut Tran. He was rude, abrupt, and he is unprofessional when scheduling my appointment. People pay for their consultation to be treated respectfully and calmly, but he only wants the money and to be rude. I don’t understand how Costco hires people like this. His behavior was unacceptable, and I do not recommend him under any circumstances.
Never had a bad experience with Dr. Tran. Appointments are quick, Dr. Tran is knowledgeable, and the price is fair even for someone without insurance.
