cannot do "cold mount" glasses. I don't know how to determine if frames are or aren't cold mount, and it's not a term any other optician has used with me, but be aware that if you aren't buying frames and lenses at the same time there's a risk they won't be able to help you!
I came in to have my glasses repaired after doing a butchery job on them and a very kind associate was able to help me within minutes. Her name was Ana and got me in and out very quickly. And free of charge. Thanks so much
