I bought my classes with them and surely will not go back for my next prescription. They tell you to scan a QR code and wait, but I watch people who came after me (scan the QR code) and they all got called before me. Waited almost for 1 hour. Of course, not even 5 minutes after I walked away they removed me from their queue. Horrible service there, they may want to re-evaluate their approach to wait time ( are you call people based on the service they need or by arrival time).
Rude staff, asked for supervisor for assistance and the supervisor was even more incompetent and rude than her staff. It’s amazing any of the staff there have a job in a customer service role.

Terrible service and was not helpful at all. They were so slow. The lady that assisted me today had an attitude. We waited for 30 minutes even though there were 2 staff, 2 customers ahead of us and no line at all. I asked nicely if they can replace my sunglass lenses I was expecting for a more informative response rather than just saying “No.” Whatever happened to good customer service?
Today was my first time using the services of with this eye care team and it was fantastic! The paperwork is easy to complete online, Melissa (doctor) and Heather (receptionist) are friendly and super competent, the process was modern and frictionless, and the cost was affordable. I was in and out in 20 mins for a comprehensive eye exam that felt very comprehensive. Thank you, team, for a great experience! :-)
