I had a disappointing experience at this Costco Optical location. The staff appeared inexperienced and made an error by entering the wrong phone number on my order. When I called to check the shipping status of my contact lenses, I encountered poor customer service. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes, and initially I was told that my lenses had arrived—only for the staff to later correct themselves and change the expected arrival date. I have visited Mountain View and San Jose location. The San Jose service is much better than here. Here in Mountain View the line is usually long so they are very impatient when adjusting frames, and later on bending our frames without heating. They broke my friend’s glasses because of this. Weeks later they send messages that new ones are available to pick up, but when we arrive, they say the glasses are missing. Completed waste of time

Agree with a lot of reviews here. Costco selection is good. However, more effort is needed on fitting the glasses once you get them. It feels rushed and service is lacking at the end.
