Serena was great. She fixed my frames for me.
William was absolutely horrible. My glasses are completely unusable at a computer. He proceeded to tell me that computer is too close. It was a full arms length away and I even put it further away and still can not see unless I tilt my head all the way back. I also can't see out of them because my excessivelshort eyelashes hit the lenses and dirty they instantly. His answer was to shrug his shoulders and say take them home or get a refund.
