Everyone is always helpful and pleasant when we visit, except for the one Korean guy. Don't know why it seems like he's avoiding me.

I came for an eyeglass and contact lens exam. The prescription didn’t feel very strong and was lower than my previous one. I went back to the doctor 3 times to get it fixed and kept telling him I couldn’t see but he just excused it as dry eyes. Months later and I have to go to another eye doctor and pay out of pocket for new glasses and contacts because I have been having the worst headaches due to blurry vision. Stay far away from this doctor he has no idea what he’s talking about.
Ms.Pam was very nice and helpful. This was my first time ever getting glasses and she made me feel welcome.
Lost my prescription and called for a copy but whomever answered didn't respond with a greeting. Spent about 10 minutes listening to the office conversations until I gave up. It's pretty rude if you ask me.
