Outstanding customer service experience. We dealt with Liz, who was very helpful and solved our issue promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend Costco optical for a great customer service experience.

I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences with the front desk staff at this Costco Eye Center. On multiple occasions, the same receptionist has been rude while I was simply trying to make an appointment. She interrupted often, spoke in a condescending tone, and repeatedly said things like “Ma’am, I’m not trying to sound rude,” while continuing to be exactly that, lastly she hung up on me, saying the doctor would call me back — it’s been over a week, and I still haven’t heard from anyone.
