I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences with the front desk staff at this Costco Eye Center. On multiple occasions, the same receptionist has been rude while I was simply trying to make an appointment. She interrupted often, spoke in a condescending tone, and repeatedly said things like “Ma’am, I’m not trying to sound rude,” while continuing to be exactly that, lastly she hung up on me, saying the doctor would call me back — it’s been over a week, and I still haven’t heard from anyone. Went yesterday to check on daughter's glasses status ordered a week prior. Two women were there helping two people and myself and two others were waiting, I believe we all had taken numbers.... well after the older woman finished she turns and instead of asking for ## she says "I dunno who's next" I thought I was and found another was well neither women liked that and the younger one decided to take a negative stance with my daughter and myself... very rushed and rudely stated they were shipped and turned her back to us. If you're bringing glasses outside the Costco you being charged $25. It's their policy. I wish I knew that before. And whatever lenses you get obviously you being charged. Like you can see on the picture mine was $154.99 (not cover by insurance). Goodluck with your glasses shopping!
