Let me be clear, this is not a review of Costco, this is a review of a third party business (Steele Optical) currently conducting their business within the Cranberry Twp., Costco. The business is run by a very rude and juvenile individual. Professional, accurate, fair price for exam. Very nice about contact lens exam as well. Overall I will go there again.
Needed new glasses and they saw me the same day. Super quick and friendly.
Have been purchasing glasses for my whole family here for years - very high quality, great customer service. The prices are reasonable.
I am so disappointed. I called in today to schedule an appointment and spoke with Shannon. She scheduled my appointment and I asked her if they could fix my current glasses. She responded with, I can not answer that question. Never offered to get me someone that could. I'm very surprised because everyone at Costco has been so kind, Shannon, not so much.
