Sandra was extremely rude, hostile and aggressive towards my mother and I. She snapped and yelled at me when I told her that I can get Warby Parker frames for almost half the price of the Nike frames she was trying to sell me. She aggressively up sold us and the final price came to about $365 for prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. Also, I was able to use my insurance for the Warby Parker lenses saving me $60. Sandy was rude to everyone on line and extremely unhelpful.
Don't waste your time, I have gone twice to get my glasses done and they are rude, they have not been friendly at all. Both times I felt uncomfortable. I'm not coming back anymore.
